As a baby clothing manufacturer how to control the products quality

 

1,   Choose the right material supplier , because baby skin is so soft so the material supplier must be responsible , the products they have been offering must have good quality , and use the eco-friendly dyeing technology , and do not cheat on material’s content .

 

2，Check every step of making baby clothing ：

      First , when the material come you have to check if material got dirty spot ,and width can meet the needs , if there’s holes and color difference on the material

      Second, before cutting you have to loose them for a night because some of them got elastic ，

     Third , checking every pieces after cutting ,

      Fourth, QC must check around during the production ,

      Fifth, finished products must be checking every single piece before packing .

 

3,  Taking food , drinks to workshop that’s banned , and absolutely no loosing hair , blood on products when it’s started to pack

 

4,  After packing , and keep them in good condition in warehouse ,no water ,no animals .
